So 24 to 48 hours after the seed pops start in the dwc system

Can I put germinated seeds in rapid rooters and if so how long after can I put in dwc filled with hydroton

First time doing a dwc my ? Is after I germinate can I put it right in the hydroton or do I have to start it off in rockwool ect....... And if so how long before I can start it

i read on here that say the ppm in the dwc is at 350 and i check back the next day and its down to lets say 320 should i go up to 400 for that week because they can handle it
