and the droopy leaves could be from overwatering and drowning the roots, remember they need pockets of dryness so they can access oxygen in the medium. try adjusting your watering techniques and be sure to add cal/mg to your water if it has a low ppm from the tap.

oh... and you may want to provide some type of support for your lower budding branches there boss !!

ok guess that explains it... with the 400 HPS you should be within 12"-18" of your canopy top for best use of lumens available.
