That is your wrong doing. I had the same kind of problem. Got less than expected, but figured that was the most probable cause to the lack of production. That and a few times it was stressed, but had flourished.

Fan Leaves look droopy. You over watering? As far as purpleing. Like I said. Cool temps will do that to some strains that aren't ment to be purple.

I found in some research that the middle of the cola being lighter then the rest of everything is a sign of temperature fluxuation (too fast) *edit* I don't know that it means anything negative. I've seen many plants do that sort of thing. I think it may stunt growth at best.

being as they are out doors... purple coloring may be from the temperature fluctuations going on. as for the flowering, florida has amost 12 hr light and 12 hr of dark (give or take for the sun trying to come up and trying to go down). they may just be trying to flower cause of the light cycle...

80 cfm worked for me.

running 80 cfm you will keep it around 6-10 degree difference inside to out.

I ran 4 suspended cfls. just used a piece of plywood with home depot bought light bases. make sure you wire them parallel to each other. That way if one bulb blows out, or you happen to remove it, the entire setup doesn't go out. I wired that straight to a extension cord plugged into the timer.
