i have actually used pipe resin to make homey oil. I filled my cannister with the usual crap,..and tons of resin,..the final product was a normal, honey oil.

i did this exact thing. the plants will show you how happy they are instantly. they will now take off.

im growing in an apt,..w/ same concerns. what they say about the lighting is true,..i was so scared though to start that i started with a 70 watter. if the landlord hasnt been snoppy so far,..you should be good.
