id say one plant in there only, no more, too small of an area if its 16". On the bright side, your plant will have more than enough room to grow. As for lights i would bump it to four of each. Plug your fans in outside of the case via dc power adapters, you can find tons of cheap ones on amazon...

I have heard lowryder ak-47 (easyryders) do wonders outdoors, just plant them in late may and they will be good through the whole summer.

You can just make a mix of bloom and veg nutes, just make sure that you go light on the veg and make it a primarily bloom fert

Dude I have almost the EXACT same shit as you, same conditions and everything. Only thing different that i can see would be that i have 4 26W instead of 3 48W. Same humidity, temps and everything. Buds are developing soooooo good, about 2 weeks till i chop em :) You are gonna have a blast, good luck
