I plan on vegging for probably 3-4 weeks. The whole setup i going to cost around 800, possibly a little less if I do some DIY. Oh and does at least a QP every harvest sound like a reasonable goal with this setup?

Is it legal to grow on a property that I do not own or live at? I have consent from the owner to grow there but I dont know if its actually legal to do. Can someone help me out? Edit: The owner doesn't have a medical card, only I do.
