how long has your plant been growing? If you tell me this I can answer your heighth question. The blotches on the leave are nothing to worry about, sometimes it may have a slight deficiency to it but it shouldnt hurt it. are you using and nutrients???

I cloned these plants from flowering females (my other clones didnt do well) I have been mystified at the leaf shape at the newest point of growth. I have asked many people what is going on in this picture and NOBODY knows!!! please help me my rollitup comrades...your my only hope..:?:
