i would go with some vho t5s blue for veggin,blue normally come with the set.then buy some red bulbs to switch out when your not using to put in your flowering room for bottom/side lighting,the t5s in flowering side/bottom really help.

personally i would go with atleast a 400 hps for the flowering,cfls/t5s never are powerful enough to do the trick. i would go 400 on top then keep the cfls for side and bottom lighting. and trust me fresh air and venting does alot so keep those in mind.:peace:
