It sounds like you should diagnose your plant. Keep all variables the same and change one thing at a time until the problem is solved. I would start by lowering nutrients by a smidge. If that has no effect, return the nutrients to the original level and move on to the next possible culprit...

I am only on my second grow, but I have run into the tips burning problem. I figured out it was too much nutrients. However I noticed you have burning near the center of the leaves and I am unsure if this is a different problem, or the same thing but just a severe case. Hope that helps.
