Red stems is usually from a deficiency in N, P or K. I myself have found feeding high ammount of P nutes solves the issue for higher growth.

It's a sign that your deficiency has been cured. We were talking about red stems being caused by a N,P or K deficiency and what the signs of it being cured are. I.E - Higher growth green and old red growth may get green stripes or stay red.

The red stems rarely turn back to green. They are more likely to get stripes of green as ive noticed before, But the higher stem growth should be green. Updates?:bigjoint:

I see where your coming from but, I wouldnt agree in some cases thoe. Considering if your lacking P or K your buds don't develop properly, but hey i dont have the camera to show you proof of bud differences when you have red stems so i cant really be the one to judge. Im sure grape's got it...
