Yep, sure can, that's kinda what your supposed to do. LST in my experience is done during veg state. So when you flip them 12/12 they have already been tied for days or weeks. Cheers

your watering it WAY to much, you have to wait till the soil drys out a bit to encourage strong root development. wait till the top 1/2 inch of soil is dry before watering again. I water mine every 2 days and they are in flowering with a much bigger light.

they look good, but they are going to get 2 to 3 times bigger than they are now depending on the strain. You should look at LST- Low Stress Training... Your good to go to flower now if you have the room.
