Does anyone know if it's okay to give plants a break in light during the veg stage? Run lights for 10 hours, switch em off for 4 hours and turn em on for another 8? and leave em off for another 2? So will a plant go into flowering if it doesn't receive a constant 18-24 hours of light like...

Okay Thanks. Umm i think i was watering like that cuz the soil would dry up really quickly like 2-3 minutes, might be from all the sticks and crap in that soil. So i get better soil i should be good? When should I transplant and move em under HPS for flowering?
