4000W for 100 plants is more likely i veg only for 2 weeks

ok i got them for a week now in the trays but my room will be finished by the end of next week....they already rooting very good!, if i take half of them in another tray the light might/will hit the roots is that ok at that stage im runing a t5 system 24/7 in a small spot before putting them...

Im debating between 80 clones in 5 gallon grow bags or 115 clones in 3 gallon grow bags im runing 4000w mh veg and 4000 hps flower wich ones will give me more you guyz think im about to buy them so i need to know asap plz????????

Ok as my setup is moving on with the 4 x1000 i want to know do i have to let the TEMP drop when lights are off or leave it all the time more or less around 24 deg cel because winter outside goes down -15 .....
