    You can use it to soak seeds in to sterilize and help with germination by increasing hydrolyses works great with a 24hr soak. 30% for 15min so id use alot less if your going to add it to your 24hr soak mix.

    I poke a hole in the rockwool poke em down it then yea do whatever to keep them hydrated. ALSO H2O2 at ~30% can be used to soak them in for 15min. Sterilizing them and promoting rapid hydrolyses and growth. Or just put them in water for around 24hrs before you put them in your medium.

    Just as a sidenote I plan on using this system for getting quick vege growth and cuttings. I dont really have anymore room unless I get a higher tub, which I will have a look for. Going to take out two of the crappest plants and see if that helps, it better but then I might as well ditch them...
