You may be right, a year and a half seems like a long time. I would just think it would show as a deficiency of some kind, rather than send them into flower. Like I said tho, I have no experience. Good luck.

I'm no expert like some of these ladies & gentlemen, but I would suggest genetics. Try another variety if you haven't already. I don't have experience with bad chems, but I know they do go bad with time. I don't know what the results would be.

Thanks cruzer101 I've been using slightly less than the recommended amount of nutes, around 1100ppm. Small amount of burn on the tips. Seems to work well with the scrog, but I don't have much experience with other strains. Resin smells to me like fruity pebbles. Sweet taste. Stoney.

I'd say let the leafs tell you. If everything above the break starts to wither, it's probably lost. I'd still let it go, maybe try to mend it with tape. Go easy on the LST till it heals. Don't trash it, there is a good chance it'll recover. Just speaking from my small amount of experience.
