Found where the circuit breaks! Multimeter, what a tool! Its the 3rd COB in the series. It's also one of the ones with TH oozing out. I'm thinking the itsy bitsy pin the ezmate connects to got covered. I'll get back to ya when I know.

The first couple COBs I put on, I put a little to much thermal compound on. A bit leaked through. Is that a problem?

I have a multimeter! I just took a step back from the light for 2-3 days. Then, I can go back to it with a clear head. I wanna work on it tonight but we're having guests over tonight. Maybe they won't stay long... But mark my words, this light will work!

Finished wiring up the COBs and the driver! I aslo put on the new bracket/frame thing for the cab fans.

It depends on how you plan to connect the wire ends. If I wanted a permanent connection I probably wouldn't have needed the bigger wire.

I've got the first connection done! This is going to take a while but I've got the whole weekend. The wire length is a little longer than I'd like but this is something I don't have much experience with. The rest of the connections should get better as I go.

Update: Time to put the rest of this thing together! So I finished drilling holes in the last cover and attached the fan. Mounted the 3 heatsinks to the aluminum angle and put on the cobs. I had just enough thermal compound left over from when I built my current computer. Now I'm going to spend...
