Don't listen to them!! Water is always part of urine if you can see any color at all you are good. I've passed many D.O.T. which uses tests looking for blockers they also check the tempature must be at 96 to 102 degrees.
THE KEY is to use CLEAN urine if you need tempature correct use a thermos...
