Yeah thats what i thought... but they only info i could about the federal penalties are for KG... this was like .01kg. Im guessing they arent going to push hard on the matter for such a small amount because both states are misdemeanors for such a small amount... but i do want to educate myself...

So if a package of less then a 1/2 o was intercepted going from California to Nevada what would be the punishment? Im trying to do some research on this topic and i havent found any concrete info. It did make it to NV, does that mean just the NV punishment will apply? Because it went over...
