How exactly do I get rid of them

here they are

little bugs that have yellow and black in them .. i have seen these in my room before .. they feed on the leaves and this is the first time i actually seen them eat the stem in two?

3 are dead but almost all of them have signs .. anyone heard of them?

usually dont have a problem when it gets colder out but for some reason i have these little bugs all over the place .. they have already eaten atleast 3 plants.. they are at the very bottom at the stem and are eating them until they fall over. no webs so not sure if there spider mites .. ive...

ok thanks i was thinking nute burn after i looked at it when the lights went off , i added a nice amount of plain water into the res .. i need a good fan to cool that light down but there all so damn loud lol
