dude i wouldnt use nutes with MG. Most of the time it ends up bad. She is alil small for her age. Maybe move her to a bigger pot and give her alot to drink. Ever think of using a dwc setup with your cfls? Give her some stimulus.

yeah WW prolly get 3xish with 400w. ideally veg according to your grow space and you could try to pair up lsting your top foliage and pruning that lower 1/5th of growth at the bottom when you decide to flower so youll get good dense buds. some veg for around 1.5 to 2 months for good sturdy...
