Yeah, the bottom leaves are turning a pale yellow green, and some are browning and falling off.

That could be true, one of my friends has large pots, and his grow fine, but it's in an outdoor area. When I dug up the plants to change the soil, the roots were atleast 1.5 inches from the pot sides.

I have a 3'x2'x2' area with a small desk fan in the back, three 150 watt CFL lights on the top. This is an indoor grow.
