so im just kinda shopping around right now. i ppicked up these cfls, but the watts are kinda low. its a 13 wat light but says it equals to so watts. are if i use 3 or four of these on two plants will i get a good veg out of them:?:

i just had a small backyard plant taken while i was away. no real lose but it still sucks. she was only three or four weeks old so who ever stole it isn't going to be getting very high. but ya still sucks.

i have some buds that have only been drying for a few days now, but im going away for a week, so i have to finish drying in a bag.
i just bought a half oz of some really nice bud, but its too dry. can i throw it in the bag with the wet bud and add some moisture back in to the weed.?
