so im just kinda shopping around right now. i ppicked up these cfls, but the watts are kinda low. its a 13 wat light but says it equals to so watts. are if i use 3 or four of these on two plants will i get a good veg out of them:?:

looks like there maybe a little bit of rot starting. be careful with the wet weather. i had to chop some plants early cause of bud rot.

i have some buds that have only been drying for a few days now, but im going away for a week, so i have to finish drying in a bag. i just bought a half oz of some really nice bud, but its too dry. can i throw it in the bag with the wet bud and add some moisture back in to the weed.?
