When the seed sprouts and i put it in the coco plug, does the sprout go up or down?

Right now I am just getting autoflowering, does that make a difference? Plus you guys recommened 2700k and 6500k for the veg stage. what about the flower stage?

if i dunk them, i take it i DONT squeeze them out? I won't be able to mist them throughout the day...
