i have two plants right now, sadly i dont know which strain they are. and i was wondering if i am close to a good time to flower or should i veg them for longer?

i was told to wait alittle on the nutes cause theyre young. but yeah i got a fan on em alot actually cause i noticed they were stretching. the stems arent good looking but there strong. what if i used a fluro/blue lightbulb and im about to add some 8-0-0 mix which im pretty sure is all nitrogen...
