I would say if you had room in your closest to use like i am using get an actual heat lamp with a flourescent BULB not tube because my first grow failed after tube caused to positioning and a tragic fall.... but my new set up is working well hanging the chord from where i would originally hang...

Some extra information as for what was in the nutrients how old the plant is what stage and all the simples would help me and others identify your problem.

Looks like some chronic. How long did you dry it out it seems a little bit to wet still, but it may be a trick of the eye. What kind of bud?How tall were your plants when they entered the flowering stage, and what to they come out to yield. Sick pipe by the way.
