whats the optimum temperature for my stuff to grow at? and how do i tell what kind of weed it is once it grows up to be a jolly green giant?

ok i have been growing these seedlings for about 2 weeks now, there sprouted, getting tall and green as fuck. one of them has little white strings on it, im assuming this is good, i have never grown my own shit before, ok and since i have never grown my own shit before i am trying to grow them...
