you dont really wanna see how long you can go due to it could cause some problems with your plant

could be that the water isnt getting to the roots if you get a empty match book and put some sand paper in it and shake it for a minute then germinate it the water can reach the inside and it will begin to grow

my plant did this when it was young and it was due to me overwatering if you let them sit over night and they straighten up its cause you have over watered them alittle

those leaves dont look as if they have heat strees so it aint the lighting my leaves did the same just watch how much you are watering and you should be fine this is probably due to overwatering

you got to be careful about the roots my plants only a foot but has some major roots that go deep in my 10 gallon grow bag that i bought from my local hydro store so dig as far around the plant as you can and go from there to make sure you dont hit any roots
