Would transplanting them to regular soil (no nutrients) in an attempt to save them be a dangerous idea (kill them)? I think they're suffering from nutrient burn.

I put some plastic Tupperware containers on them. When I mist them, the containers get a bit misty inside and aren't 100% clear (for optimal sunlight). Is this okay? How often should I spray them?
