My town uses chlorine, but I have not been letting the water sit, so there is definitely still chlorine in the water I have been giving. I don't think the leaves would qualify as leathery so much. I am not sure what you mean by reclaimed water. (?)

I ended up gettin' a bluelab. I have been dealing with an issue that might be Ph, and it will be worth it to know for sure that I have my Ph straight, even if it does not fix the issue. Thanks, y'all!
