i am about six weeks in to flowering and i found some tiny bugs underneath some leaves. i'm new with pests so i'm not sure what to do. any suggestions?

i think i noticed a lil bud mold on a few buds. its a white or light grey. it doenst look to bad. is there anything i can do bout it?
