Dude how much did you pay for that light? Incandescent lights do nothing for plants. Get a 42 watt cfl and you should be good to go. Also, it may take longer to sprout starting in soil.

Alright well I was thinkin about makin a room that's 8x8x8. Will be in a basement. Budget is on the lower end but I aint broke either. Was looking at possible 600w mh for flower. I think the hardest thing will be venting but that will come in good time.
