    No it doesn't sag. With the weather stripping the i have on there, at the top it will stick out about 3/4".

    Actually I use something very smiliar to what you are talking about, if you can see it in the picture, it is on the lower portion of the cabinet. And i wasn't so much worried about light leak cause it is covered with black/white poly all over the inside so no light leaks out, minus the middle...

    Here are some pics. The main thing I'm wanting to brainstorm about is some sort of locking mechanism to go over the middle seam on the top. I currently just use duct tape, any input is greatly appreciated!
