Its all figured out it was a fucking male... the little balls all over the top werent buds they were pollen pockets and i think it was a hermaphrodite cuz i definitely seen some pistils but oh well time to start over.

Im not really interested in how u think i got the plant i just need to figure out how to upload pics so u guys can tell me if it is really weed and if its a male.

actually it was in the middle of a base ball field and im gonna go take a picture of it and it was only about 6 inches tall when i found it very small and its about a foot and half now. gonna go take a pic.
