Ok thanks, does anyone know how often, if at all, they regulate and actually check to make sure your not growing over the limit?And if you were growing over the limit, can you get in trouble or do they just take the excess?

I've been researching some of the different laws in cali and noticed some county laws are different from others so i was wondering where is the best place to grow?by best i mean where you can have to max amount of plants and still be legal.
