I believe they are thrips. If they come back, Spinosad will kill them in one dose. Monterey Insect spray on Amazon. You can see the beginning of the damage in the second pic. Good Luck

No way. Seeds are not clones. They are genetically programmed to sprout in the spring when the days are short.

3 week old seeds are not going to flower when you put them out in the springtime. Put them out asap.
