is it bad if the plant is being overwatered even if its a seed still cause im doing an outdoor grow and we just had a bunch of rain and i wasnt expecting that much and now my grow area is flooded with like a few cm of water and they hadnt sprouted yet im pretty panicked that i killed my plant...
