I just started growing recently and has been about 2.5 half weeks already into vegetative growth. my setup: computer case 4 6500k cfls 1 intake 1 exaust plants: 2 northernlights humidity: 40% temperature: 80*f I have noticed some spots on the plants and not sure what they were. is this bad?

i am also planning to grow in a pc tower. I am new to growing and I was wondering if anybody can give tips on what soil to use, what to do, etc? I was planning on purchasing a clone and use that.
