MG that contains time released nutes will still be releasing nitrogen when you want to flower. It can produce a leafy, harsh tasting plant. The organicMG is not the best but doesn't have the time released nutes.

For a complete grow, separate your compost. One for veg and one for flower. Anaerobic decomposing will produce more nitrogen.while aerobic is better for N&K. It also depends on what you compost. Ash contains potash ( potassium) and little if any nitrogen.That depends on what you burn as well...
