Do you think the de that got into the coco is wat is messing with my clones?? U think a good flush without nutes for couple days will help it make rooting cuts again??

Clones were rooting fine until i covered the entire plant with DE to kill the thrips alot got in the coco also.. the stem starts to get thick like its about explode but no roots comes out after 2 weeks.. i think its cause i completly covered the plant or too much de got into the coco and is...
