Arent those light hanger screws rated for 25lbs? I was thinking of using one but was sketchy incase they fall and break. I framed up a wall and added a stud on top of the 2 walls (roofless) and hung my lights by wraping the chain around the stud.

Seedlings dont require much light. I use about 2 regular CFLS for seedlings, and when I transplant into cups after they show strong roots, I put them under 4 T5 bulbs for a few days then 8.

I would use sealed rooms. Both seperate veg and flower. A miniroom before entrance for both (for no bright lights from opening door) and so you can change clothes and wear clean clothes to go in and out. C02 also.
