I'm week 4 in flower, ill be transitioning to jacks 5-12-26 with some added cal-mag over the next 4 or 5 weeks, to end up at 5-12-26 only. I change my res. every week, so ill slowly make the change from 100% maxi bloom to 100% jacks 5-12-26. ill post how it goes when its done.

I ran jacks 321 for veg. for about a year, and only ran it a couple times thru flower. It didn't seem to go as good as what i was using. (maxi-bloom) Why change? Just to try something different. Next flower cycle i think ill try just jacks hydro 5-12-26 with a little cal-mag. THANKS

I always start backing off on my ppm around week 6, and slowly bring it down. And being at 14 weeks we just got that low. I do read my ppm meter (Blue lab guardian) to see the swing of my ppm going up or down, and adjust accordingly. Thats all the plant really seems to want atm.

I store all my humidity gauges in a heavy duty freezer ziploc bag with Boveda 62% RH. packet's. The gauges i use, i can adjust while still in the bag before i take them out, if they are off any.

I think zip ties can and will stretch over time, maybe getting weaker. There is no way i would hang a light with zip ties, with so many other options out there.

I have been adding gh armor si first in my ro water res. then i ph adjust it down to around 7. then add everything else. The link Billy posted says to add the si then my maxi bloom, no need to ph adjust. ok

There is several different types of silica, some are pretty cheap, some are expensive. A guy that works at my local hydro store said that gh armor si, (potassium silicate) is not immediately available to the plant. He said that after about a week the roots break it down, before its available...
