What is the best mix or soil by itself to put plants in and u wont have to feed them the soil will have everything it needs i would just need to water it. does any body have any mixes

Its just a local store small pot and soil i want to get some more soil but different kind so i can transplant it. is there any mix of soil that only needs to be placed in the pot and water. so i dont have to worry about feeding it.

Is there anywhere i can buy a already set up grow room or hydro one for cheap. one that doesnt take much room like for some sea of green seeds.

Im a newbie at growing, and so far im growing two one is doing ok but the other one is turning yellow for the edges of the leaves.. there about in there 2nd or 3 rd week.. is there anything i can do to help it
