    Sleeping more than 9 hours

    Sleeping more is never detrimental to health. Sleeping less is. So I think 10 hours of sleep is ok. But here too it depends on how many hours you didn't sleep before these 10 hours of sleep. If you haven't slept at all or very little for 2-3 days, then 10 hours of sleep is not enough to recover.
