Treestar and Brotanical I know for sure takes about 2 weeks to get a response to an email. If that's what you think of your customers then I will go elsewhere. And post my experience. Then treestar blocks me and threatened me then blacklisted me! Lol! That's how out if touch treestar is...

That's all it is. I don't use any banks that I haven't used before. I just email the banks now before I order. If they don't respond within 2 or 3 days then it's not worth messing with.

Treestar seed bank is horrible. All packs were tampered and couldn't even send the right fake package. Then he blocks you. Now his IG is private. Emails from them take a month to respond. They ripped me off for $400. Just read reviews

Well I can tell you that he ripped me off. Before he went private every page on his IG was someone saying that he got them. Even Brotanical garden's called him out. 3rd coast said he never got paid. I have emails from Compound Genetics saying they took him off their verified list.

Well that's weird bc all of mine are unsealed. Surely not canna verified. But keep using them if you are happy. I'll send my money to people that respond to emails in a timely manner. Did you see treestar IG before he went private? Every page was full of people saying he scammed them now...

Treestar seed bank aka Mac is who I spoke with on the phone about the scams he is running. Nothing was sealed so it could be anything. Definitely not what I ordered. They take your money and the send fakes in the package. Do not use imo. Unless you want to lose your money or get mid grade...
