Howdy so I have a few of these flying around near the roots and medium on my flood table. I'm unsure on what insect they are I assumed fungal gnats but these appear white or translucent in color not black. I know the pictures arnt the best but any help is appreciated

I'm trying to see if anyone has had success flowering and vegging in the same room? I'm thinking of trying it where I flower in a 2x4x4 tent and veg in the same room as tent just outside of it. I'm not concerned with light leaking as the tent has flowered perfectly for me before I'm just...
