I think you mean the drip lines. you run them next to the stalk on the rockwool or whatever medium you are using. the "drip store" has adjustable drippers for .40 a piece. I like to put a floating "mist maker" in the tank. It works wonders to keep the root between the baskets and water level...

I use floranova, it looks like loose shit, When mixed with water it looks like coffee. My roots are brown but not slimy. I think the roots are dyed by the water. Is that possible?

I like a dwc/bubble, drip system and fogger. I use 2, 4 foot rubber air lines. 10 plants will be tight, but good luck.

I would think three plants max and you would have to flower when they got 8". CFL's have very little heat and plant can grow around bulb.
