those are some big dick cfls bro youl be fine. if you get those chinese grow light leds and put them too close you will burn the plant. but cfls can be right up to the plant 1cm away even (from what ive read)

if you have wifi near your grow room, maybe look into smart plugs. im just starting indoor growing and 4* smart plugs were just as cheap as 3* mechanical timers on amazon :)
