u should wait at least 2 weeks...your getting new growth on top of buds. way too many yellow/green pistils. you dont have enough red pistils, and they hav'nt receeded. your trichomes still mostly look clear around stalk. your plants havnt shedded enough leaves, still have way too many green...

Its your light if your still using that UFO light. It has a color temp of 5000 and you need something around 2000. Thats what my flowers looked like when I was just using fluorescent lights to flower with.
