    Co2 Generator

Since my post quoted above i've sized down to a propogator and ditched my tent but still using c02 for flowering phase, and it's a fair bit easier in a prop :-)

    Micro Scrog

Love your trees Redlig, really like the bonsai approach too, your setup looks great. Just contributing my scrog experience in a really small area if it helps anyone. I grow a single plant in a propogator (52H, 28W, 52L centimetres) keeping it forced down with branches going left and right then...

    Is VPD a catch 22??

I run a propogator grow so nice and small to control. The outlet/inlet fans cycle for a minute every 15 mins with a small powerful fan just swirling the air inside it around. The point being I take my RH up to 75% RH at a temp of 29.5c or 85F. The RH gets knocked down to about 55% after a 1 min...

My Magical Mobile Micro Medical Marijuana Machine

Love your setup Flatbush, esp the side lights. I'm in a propogator and may have to employ side lights soon. Can I ask what is your cycle length (roughly) of your grows from germ to harvest please?

    Humidity control in flower

I think rocking a higher temp in flowering is 'safer' with really good fans/areation if your shooting for good VPD zoning (lights on hours) but getting it down at lights out during flowering is something I have to watch closely, i shoot for 50 at lights out and with lights on I run up to 70 and...

trying to lower humidity in a cabinet

My setup with front off the prop for picture, (c02 meter on left not calibrated for rh or temp). She's been strapped down and fimmed again and again all the way thru veg til 2 weeks before flipping and scrogging which produced about 40 + canopy bud sites, very little foliage below.

trying to lower humidity in a cabinet

There is a thing called a cold finger. Effective but uses much power. thanks but I couldn't find a cold finger Move closer to me and never worry about humidity ever again. (cactus photo) Lol, well it's a micro climate (my cab) so put it anywhere really and it should be the same environment...

trying to lower humidity in a cabinet

I'm mid flower with my propogator grow using DTW with coco and daytime c02 in a temp zone around 29c most of the time and it's going well with a horizontal LST style single plant grow. I';m noticing it can get near 80% sometimes at lights out when the heat drops around 5 to 8c lower, i've not...

Discussion - Best Budget LED for Small Grow?

This is not a problem i have with my LED's in a setup with same dimensions as yours.. My clear plastic canopy roof (propogaor lid) is definitely enabling me to turn up my LED (panel light) with the tops of the gilrs just 3 or 4cm away from the lid/ light and get stronger bright light into the...

Discussion - Best Budget LED for Small Grow?

Talking about how close you can get with LED lights - I was really surprised to find my large propogator grow allowed me to plonk my (2 old tent lights) 2 SF1000's which sit nicely on the rectangle lid and give untold brightness beyond what i need, but the point is i could have the buds...

How are you cooling your grow space???

.....been having some hotter temps here so I managed to lower the air intake hole (on top of static home) to now draw fresh air from underneath the home and i've lost 3 celcius just coming down about 8ft with my air intake hole. Running a grow in a propogator i was getting highs (over 32) so had...

Cool, and yeah good yield for that little footprint in just a 3 month cycle (?) including the drying probably. I'd have been well pleased.

Measuring 'white' LED's with Lux meter.

I'm in a large propogator so it's probably easier to manage when pushing things, Also the lights only have to be on half power (a fair bit cooler than max) to get high light intensity levels, i'm only lighting a box the size of a dollshouse really, ive upped the light ratio by downsizing my...

Measuring 'white' LED's with Lux meter.

I see a lot of reference to the 40k - 50K area for vegging and aim for that best i can. Approaching and during early/mid flower I crank up to 90k+ (relatively) in my box with a high temp + co2. No visible damage on my top buds/leaves so far and no other signs of light burn I've noticed and...

Measuring 'white' LED's with Lux meter.

yes i can see that common sense should prevail, trial and error etc. thanks. @Star Dog yes I was never suggesting a phone or app but that's good advice, cheers.

Measuring 'white' LED's with Lux meter.

Don't know the full gen on this at all but as i understood it I should avoid trying to measure blurple lights with a lux meter but 'white' type leds are more suitable to measure with a lux meter? I have a couple of SF1000 led panels and have been using a lux meter on them which is fine for me...

    crapmed leds

I'd not heard of the the tilt method. I have a couple of rectangle (SF1000) led panels so getting them at say 45 degrees tilting inwards in a sort of trad' house roof style is what you mean maybe I guess?
