I have a question. In flowering stage do I use only red/blue lights or have the regular lights on with my red/blue

Decided to try and grow 100% indoors without a huge investment. Just a very basic simple setup. Two lights two plants and a small fan just to circulate air. I’m roughly 2-3 weeks into the seedling/veg stage on one and the other is only a couple days old. Any advice would help TREMENDOUSLY...
